ENGINEERING JUDGEMENT
A design assistant—not a black-box optimiser.
Automatic patch generation is heuristic and must be reviewed. Rapid crack-width maps use machine-learning approximations; detailed EN 1992-1-1 verification is available through section cuts. Curved shells are not currently supported.
All reinforcement layouts, checks and exported outputs must be reviewed and approved by a qualified structural engineer.

What is Strata?
A Windows desktop application for post-processing reinforced-concrete shell designs from SAP2000 models. It translates shell results into reinforcement assessment, code checks, design maps and reinforcement-oriented outputs.
Who is it designed for?
Structural engineers designing reinforced-concrete slabs, walls and planar shell structures, including consultancies working with advanced or nonlinear finite-element models.
Does it replace finite-element software?
No. Strata connects to SAP2000 and post-processes its model and results. It is a decision-support tool, not an analysis solver or automatic design authority.
Which analysis software and licence are supported?
Direct connectivity is tested with SAP2000 V26 and V27. Strata requires a SAP2000 installation with working API access. Advanced and Ultimate licences are verified; other licence levels are not yet validated by fr.aime labs.
Which checks are included?
Wood–Armer design forces, MN interaction-efficiency assessment, ULS maps, shear-demand review and crack-width assessment to EN 1992-1-1. Detailed crack-width verification is available through section cuts.
How is the licence delivered and activated?
Gumroad delivers the licence key after purchase. An internet connection is required and the licence is validated at each Strata launch.
Are updates and support included?
Yes. Every plan includes continuous updates and support. Support priority is Unlimited, followed by Ten and One.
How is VAT handled?
Displayed prices exclude VAT. Gumroad calculates and handles applicable VAT during checkout.
Can firms purchase multiple licences?
