This notice explains how Tiago Morgado & Francisco Nunes, Lda., trading as fr.aime labs, handles personal information when you use this website, contact us or continue to Gumroad to purchase Strata.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Tiago Morgado & Francisco Nunes, Lda., Lisbon, Portugal. VAT number: PT513613269. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to hello@fraimelabs.com.
2. Information we process
Website technical data may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, dates, times and security events recorded in hosting or content-delivery logs. If you email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, subject and message. Gumroad processes checkout, payment, invoicing, tax and licence-delivery information; this website does not receive or store your payment-card details.
3. Why we process it
We process technical data to deliver, maintain and protect the website on the basis of our legitimate interests. We process enquiries to reply to you, on the basis of legitimate interests and steps requested before entering a contract. We retain records where needed to meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests.
4. Contact form
The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. Nothing is transmitted to fr.aime labs until you choose to send that email. The website does not save the form contents.
5. Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use non-essential cookies, advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or analytics. No cookie banner is therefore shown. This notice will be updated before analytics or other tracking is introduced, and consent will be obtained where required.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, content delivery, security and email. When you follow a purchase link, Gumroad processes the transaction under its own privacy policy. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where data-protection law requires it, we rely on the safeguards used by the relevant provider, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections.
8. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it forms part of a contract, legal obligation or dispute requiring longer retention. Technical logs are retained according to the active hosting provider’s documented schedule. Gumroad controls retention of checkout and payment data under its own policy.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to processing, receive portable information and withdraw consent where consent applies. You may complain to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados or another competent supervisory authority. To exercise a right, email hello@fraimelabs.com. 10. Automated decisions
fr.aime labs does not use personal information from this website for automated decision-making or profiling.

We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
